Privacy
- Garden photos can reveal your home, the people in it, vehicles, addresses and location metadata. Verdlo minimises what it collects and strips unnecessary EXIF metadata from images on upload by default.
- Images are stored privately and served through short-lived, authorised links. We do not use your photos or gardens to train models, or in marketing or examples, without your explicit, documented consent.
- You can export or delete your project data. Location is kept separately from imagery and only when you approve it.
Terms
- Verdlo produces conceptual garden plans, plant guidance and illustrative visualizations. A generated image is a concept, not a survey, engineering drawing, permit document, or a guarantee that a plant or material is suitable or available.
- Costs and availability are regional, time-sensitive estimates shown with their basis and exclusions. Plant survival depends on conditions and care we cannot fully observe.
- Deterministic geometry owns measurements and quantities; imagery only illustrates the plan.
Safety & boundaries
- Verdlo is not a land-survey, structural-engineering, drainage, electrical, plumbing, arboricultural, or permitting service. Underground utilities cannot be seen in photos, always contact your local utility-location service before digging.
- We flag toxicity to children and pets, thorns, allergens and invasive risk, and exclude high-risk plants when you tell us they matter. Always verify before planting where children, pets or edible use are involved.
- Work near trees, slopes, retaining walls, water features, drainage or services may require a qualified professional. Verdlo generates a clear brief you can take to one.
