My garden project and pictures are digital content you get the moment you pay. Before buying you tick that you want it right away and understand that once it is delivered you lose the right to withdraw, so there is no refund for it after delivery. If something does not work as we describe it, write to us and we will treat it as a complaint. You can withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of buying it.
Invoices for a Pro subscription are on your account page, under “Manage subscription”. For an invoice for the project or pictures, a company VAT invoice included, write to [email protected] from your account's address with the details for the invoice.
Yes. The project and pictures can be paid with BLIK, a bank transfer through Przelewy24 or a card, on Stripe's payment page. Pro is paid by card, because it renews by itself. We never see or keep your card details.
It renews every month or every year until you turn it off. You can turn it off at any time on your account page, with “Manage subscription”, and it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Pro's pictures arrive every month, on the yearly plan too.
The project and pictures are bought once and stay in your account for good: the room for a garden, the pictures and the add-ons for the plan, for your next gardens too. When a Pro subscription ends, your gardens and the pictures already drawn stay in your account, while Pro's add-ons, its pictures and saving gardens without a limit stop.
